I've been behind the chair for 18 years. The first thing I learned was that the cut comes second — the consult comes first. Five minutes of listening saves an hour of bad colour.
The Hairitage is a one-chair studio. When you book, you get me, the whole time. No rotating stylists, no apprentices. The pricing is the same for everyone — no first-time client premium, no senior discount bait-and-switch.
I work in Schwarzkopf colour because it's what I trained in and what I trust. If a brand I don't use works better for your hair, I'll send you somewhere that does it. The recommendation costs me a booking, but you'll trust the next one.
